Synopsis
In the pristine, emotionless city of Neo-Veridia, Dr. Aris Thorne believes biology is a messy equation to be solved. When he is abducted by Kael, a savage Chimera from the Deadlands, Aris treats the kidnapping as a variable to be analyzed. But as he studies his captor, a forbidden biological resonance begins to shatter his logic, revealing that his perfect city intends to harvest him to enslave the man he is scientifically destined to save.
