The Anatomy of Silence

Dr. Silas Vane is the "Cured" Head Neurosurgeon of a mountaintop medical prison, suppressing his surfacing emotions to survive a regime that views feelings as disease. In the sterile, brutalist Citadel of St. Jude, emotions are excised with a scalpel.
